I found myself in a situation where I needed to take a breather, so I paused for a moment to assess the various aspects of my situation. By letting go of what I needed to discard, I was able to gain what I needed. Sometimes, I have to be bold and let things go so that I can hold on a little longer.
There was a bug that had been bothering me; it manifested in various ways depending on the situation, so it took a long time to fix. For example, when there were multiple calendar events or a single task, as I addressed each scenario that actually occurred while using the app one by one, it took longer than I expected. Although it took some time, as I examined each issue and reviewed and checked the code again, the situation gradually improved. Once I redefined my criteria and approached it from that perspective, a solution became clear.
Unlike before, there isn’t a single day now without a sale. At least one unit is sold every day, and unlike before, sales are coming in from various countries. It seems sales have expanded to various countries since the price adjustment, and what’s interesting is that we’re now seeing traffic coming from ChatGPT. I’m not sure exactly whether ChatGPT recommended my app or mentioned it, but when I check the data in App Store Connect, I can see traffic coming from a channel called “ChatGPT.” That made me realize I should pay more attention to SEO as well.
Since I’d worked hard this week, I treated myself to some charcuterie and white wine. Giving myself this small reward gave me a little boost. I’d like to treat myself to these little rewards more often in the future.
